Invitation to the conference: Virtue, Education, and Well-Being

Katedra za estetiku i epistemologiju Odsjeka za filozofiju Filozofskog fakulteta u Rijeci, u suradnji s Hrvatskim društvom za analitičku filozofiju, Vas poziva na međunarodnu konferenciju “Virtue, Education and Wellbeing” posvećenu problemima vrline, obrazovanja i dobrobiti. Konferencija će se održati u četvrtak, 17. rujna i petak, 18. rujna na Filozofskom fakultetu u Rijeci. 

Plenarni gosti konferencije su Kristján Kristjánsson (Sveučilište u Birminghamu) i Maria Silvia Vaccarezza (Sveučilište u Genovi). U sklopu dvodnevne konferencije organizirana je i radionica pod nazivom “Human Flourishing: Social Inclusivity and Education” koja će se održati u petak nakon konferencije. The Aesthetics and Epistemology Division at the Department of Philosophy, University of Rijeka, and the Croatian Society for Analytic Philosophy are pleased to invite you to the international conference “Virtue, Education, and Wellbeing” dedicated to virtue, education and wellbeing. The conference will take place on Thursday, September 17th and Friday, September 18th at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Rijeka. 

The keynote speakers will be Kristján Kristjánsson (University of Birmingham) and Maria Silvia Vaccarezza (University of Genova). The conference will be followed by the workshop “Human Flourishing: Social Inclusivity and Education”, which will take place on Friday.
