Project CEASCRO and the CSAP invite you to a two-day workshop “Modelling the predictive brain”, which will be held on Thursday (12.7.2018.) and Friday (13.7.2018) at the Faculty of Humanities and Scoial Sciences in Rijeka. Room 401.

Croatian philosopher professor Heda Festini died on the 18th of June 2018. She was a member of the Croatian Society for Analytic Philosophy since it was founded.

Conference: Philosophical Imagination, Thought Experiments and Arguments in Antiquity

Deadline: June 30, 2018
Department of Philosophy in Maribor will host an international conference on philosophical imagination, thought experiments and arguments in antiquity. We are seeking extended abstracts (700-900 words) of papers (suitable for 30 minutes presentations) related to topics, including the questions of philosophical fantasy and imagination, thought experiments and the uses of arguments in ancient philosophy, for a one day international conference at the department of philosophy, Faculty of Arts, University of Maribor, Slovenia
Abstracts and titles should be submitted by email before 30th of June 2018 to vezjak@yahoo.com. Selection will be based on blind review.
